Q. When can I move in?
A. As soon as you have found the optimal size for your needs, you may move in at your earliest convenience.
Q. How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
A. We require a 10 day notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
Q. What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
A. No credit/debit card needed, just a photo ID is required.
Q. Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
A. No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests a longer lease.
Q. What about insurance?
A. We offer low cost insurance options for your belongings stored within the unit. Ask the Storage Expert on staff for details.
Q. Does someone have to be in the office to allow me access to my storage unit?
A. No. You will be given a personal code to get into the facility to access your unit during access hours.
Q. How do I make a payment?
A. You can pay in person, through mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted via credit/debit card monthly.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. Checks, Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Discover
Q. Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
A. Yes, we sell various types of locks, boxes and a full line of moving and packing supplies
Q. How do I know how much storage space I will need?
A. You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call any of our storage experts for assistance.
Q. What are the hours of operation?
A. Please refer to the Hours of Operation listed on the location page for each facility.
Q. Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
A. Stop by anytime during hours of operation for a complimentary tour of our facility.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. We have locks available for purchase on the property in addition to all packing supplies.
Q. Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
A. You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, tires, toxic materials and perishable items. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item.
Q. Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
A. Yes, we offer complimentary use of our flatbed hand carts at every location. Carts are located in the loading area of each facility.
Q. Do you offer moving trucks?
A. Some facilities have trucks available. We are also a U-Haul Dealership. Call for availability.
